Disingenuous sarcasm aside, a game made 8 years and almost two console generations later probably shouldn't look like almost nothing has been changed or updated since the last one.

Though granted, it's hard to tell based solely on a trailer.

I mean, presuming a similar art style (which is a reasonable presumption given that they're part of the same series), ARPG's generally don't look that dissimilar, superficially. The nature of the games doesn't lend itself to huge leaps in graphical fidelity (nor has graphical fidelity made that much of a leap in the past decade), given that the models you're looking at tend to be pretty small, and the fundamental gameplay is going to be the same (that is, run around killing large hordes of enemies). The differences between ARPG's arise mostly in the character-building mechanics, skills, and philosophies on how endgame should be structured, none of which are going to be obvious at a quick glance.
