Math is a tool, or even a universal language that can be learned and used by anyone. If those that know it are racist that doesnt change what math is. As with any tool or language it can be used for good or bad but that is the user will not the subject. You contradicted yourself. Despite its beauty math is only a construct, a system, made by people. So when enough people (with power/privilege) dictate how that system is approached, written, defined, etc. and exclude certain groups from that system, then the system is flawed. It's not the fault of the system itself, but then again most racist institutions aren't self-defined that way either. The prison system is racist because it enables the incarceration of a disproportionate number of black males.
