Topic	HBO Cancels Game of Thrones Prequel

And those 5 episodes end up being more quality and worthwhile than 20+ episodes of whatever other shows yea I have a gap for a show where I can be invested in a fandom right now, and the quality of a show doesn't matter if it's over. I'm looking for a show with a communal aspect. mnkboy907 posted... His Dark Materials already has two 8-episode seasons guaranteed, so I don't know where the issue of "5 or whatever" is coming from. It's like you've never seen any of about 1200 jokes that focus on how short British shows are. And also, I'll be honest, I'm not interested in a show that's just a thinly veiled critique on organized religion. That proved to be the dullest aspect of Game of Thrones. And Dark Materials was never that enjoyable for me to read, so I can't imagine it'll improve with television. I'm pretty excited for the Witcher adaptation and hopeful for a Lord of the Rings show, but Game of Thrones really just hit me where I live as a reader and viewer. --- "It is too easy being monsters.
