I wonder if these were videos with low view counts. I only view adult videos with hundreds of thousands of views, and I've never seen anything shady. You'd think that if these had many eyes on them they would have been reported sooner by someone who thought they looked off. But in general I think it would be hard for a viewer or a site to know content like this was bad unless she looked really young, said something strange in the video, or if it had a funky title. Probably nothing. Theres a lot of CP on the Hub and other popular sites. Plenty of those videos featuring girls that are barely 18 are actual CP. Same goes for if the girl looks really young in a video. Not many people, even FBI, care enough to do anything about it. So many people watch these videos that its more efficient to go after the distributors or people hoarding large amounts of CP on a hard drive. Its unfortunate but theres not enough manpower to stop this. Its best to just not watch pornography at all.
