| half_silver28 10/28/19 11:02:13 PM #3: | Seifer I will say High Fodder for. He's a major character in FFVIII and seems to be well-remembered as Squall's main rival. He didn't look too good in 2013, but he was up against another FF character and Knuckles, who is a much more popular "rival" character. Psyduck I will put at Fodder Line. Most voters will remember his antics from the anime - popping out of Misty's poke ball at random and just overall being a doofus. He also has sparse moments of glory when his headache powers activate. That said his design isn't that appealing, and Psyduck isn't a particularly memorable mon in the games themselves. Being a gen 1 mon can only get you so far on its own. Doc Ock I think is High Fodder. He is one of the top Spidey villains and has been a major character in pretty much every Spider-Man game and cartoon. His incarnation in Spider-Man 2 is also pretty popular, and the Doc's design in general is iconic.
