| Proto_Spark 10/27/19 11:52:15 AM #48: | The problem with star wars is that the movies are really pretty basic, but all the fans make everything vastly more complicated with all of the books and other side-media that making a movie just can't be met without criticism. You can't make a simple basic movie like the other ones, because people want everything to be related and have convoluted connections to each other, and you can't make a super complicated convoluted movie because then the people who aren't star wars nerds won't bother with it. If one of these parties didn't spend 2 years whining about TLJ, this might be a more fair issue. And also, JJ's mystery boxes were never going to give a satisfactory result, haven't any of you watched Lost? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
