Topic	Frieza was by far the height of Dragon Ball (spoilers)

It's the part with the most personal stakes for Goku, Frieza himself is the best villain in the series, it has the only story power-up that actually matters from an emotional perspective, all of the deaths matter and are impactful, all of the minor villains are memorable, and Vegeta's character journey from evil jerk to slightly less evil jerk really works. Not to say that Cell is bad, it has a lot of really good elements. Buu is bad, though. --- Not changing this sig until I decide to change this sig.
