While being detain she resisted. The kid was no saint though. 36 minutes of her being unwilling to comply with basic requests from the school before this happened. She had been disputing class to the point were the teachers were unable to teach, she needed an escort to ride home with her on the bus because she was constantly causing trouble, stealing food in the cafeteria, and she wouldn't listen to any teacher or admin at the school. She refused to wait in an office for her mother, wondered the halls wasting tons of people time. She complained about not having a path out of the door while she was halfway out the door, when he admin told her there were plenty of paths she said OK and proceeded to walk through where the admin was standing. You know who wasn't getting tackled by the police? All the kids sitting in class not disrupting the school. This kid didn't need a talk about the dangers of the police, she needed a talk about how to not be a delinquent. --- I don't have emotions & sometimes that makes me very sad. ...
