I don't think I really need to explain that the person elected to be in charge of the country's government has the ability to affect people. That's impossibly obvious. I'm going to have to ask you to explain how you think he doesn't. Like I said, he can't just run out and do anything. There's a process. Surprised you haven't heard of this. So the president has no power to affect people because that power is actually distributed throughout the rest of the government (much of which was appointed by said president)? --- This is my signature.
