Topic	Gonna look at a house built in 1900 tomorrow.

Biggest issues were the fact that even though there is a new roof there was a leak in the old one so the ceilings upstairs have water damage. Also the mortar in the bricks needs repairing in some spots which cause the plaster/drywall inside to crack in some spots. No idea bout the well or septic system without an inspection.
