It needs a lot of work, but also not as much as it might possibly need.

Biggest issues were the fact that even though there is a new roof there was a leak in the old one so the ceilings upstairs have water damage. Also the mortar in the bricks needs repairing in some spots which cause the plaster/drywall inside to crack in some spots. No idea bout the well or septic system without an inspection. Just trying to estimate how much it would cost to fix the problems I noticed so far.
