It was more like "he held off the first order" Which is what I'm saying. His Force feat *should* be lost on pretty much everyone. I would give a pass with Rey and *maybe* Chewie since they would have a good idea he never left the planet. But everyone else? They just saw Luke go out there and never return. I guess it's not so much pointless but just...convoluted? I don't know.
