That's just stupid. I stand by my statement. Yes, off-the-job conduct can negatively impact your employers, but that's generally limited to openly badmouthing them or putting on a swastika armband over your uniform shirt. Going to the beach or enjoying yourself at a party do not reflect poorly on an employer. Aaantlion posted...
