Like mastering many more martial arts than any normal human can in their lifetime. That's because Batman & his fanboys are ridiculous & getting worse as time goes on. Punisher would shoot him & that's all for Bruce in any non "Batman has a plan for everything because he's omniscient" story. Umm deadshot says hi. He hasn't killed batman yet. I understand the rest of what you are saying though. But batman has faces many gun wielding foes. Im gonna through deathsroke out there too he may not be as stupidly accurate as deadshot but hes a far better strategist. Only because the writers don't want to kill Batman. There is no miraculous super plan that stops bullets coming from a mile away. Its not a plan so much as deadshot cant plan for him. To snipe someone it greatly helps to where they are going to be and what time frame. At close range batman either proves too quick or deadshot is a idiot and shoots him in the chest where its armored. Thrn again the comic im thinking of maybe waller didnt want him killing batman. Suicide squad vs justice league. But comics are full of characters that should win losing because they make brain dead decisions. Like watching the flash tv show I find myself often thinking of how he coulda beat this person or that person a lot faster.
