Yeah he literally knows stuff impossible for normal humans to know. Like mastering many more martial arts than any normal human can in their lifetime.

I understand the rest of what you are saying though. But batman has faces many gun wielding foes. Im gonna through deathsroke out there too he may not be as stupidly accurate as deadshot but hes a far better strategist.
Only because the writers don't want to kill Batman. There is no miraculous super plan that stops bullets coming from a mile away.
