If the boss is doing the harassment and there is no government oversight because its also not the governments job then what recourse should old saggy tits use?

Get some thick skin or get another job I guess. Not to mention, this law does nothing to stop that as the boss in question can just harass them in a similar, related manner that skirts the law. And if you're an illegal immigrant then you and the boss arent following the law anyway. If you arent illegal, then take it to social media where you will make a complete ass of them
