The government cannot just make up evidence to get the convictions they want regardless of what the crime is or what the punishment for that crime is. I agree What Im saying is that if they DID, and it resulted in someone legitimately dangerous being convicted, I wouldnt be too chuffed. Like sometimes real evidence is damning but inadmissible, and usually for good reason!
