Everything is so stupidly politicized that people don't realize that it is objectively the best time to be alive in almost every region on earth. That's pretty subjective. What's better, to waste your life away in a cubicle, achieving absolutely nothing, or to die in a war saving your comrades? Different people will answer differently. People complaining about white supremecy are in a similar boat, in that they're taking the Twitter accounts of insane racists as some sort of representation of society, when there has never been a better time to be a visible minority, or woman. Yeah... I have had very strange experiences with shy and well-mannered people in real life that go bonkers on the internet.
