I had it pretty good at my old job and since I was there a few years there was very little pressure. This company is a lot bigger and super metrics driven. I am not a human being here. My second answer if they keep pushing: "Comparing my experience and skillset to salaries for similar roles in this area, my research suggests my market value is..." Usually they'll try to bargain it down 2-3k, but when actively job searching I tend to interview with multiple companies so they have to compete with the other offer. Thats great.
