Interestingly,

Old Age: Have not died or almost died from this yet (But i'm working on it)
Decapitation: Nope, not even close really.
Choking: Almost died twice this way, by rope and bag.
Drowning: Again, almost twice, once falling in a covered pool as a kid (with snow on top) and again in the ocean.

Falling From An Extreme Height: Two stories probably doesn't count here, but it could have been deadly
Starving To Death: Hmm sadly don't have the pic of me as a kid, but this was very likely till I was 10
Stab Wound: I've been stabbed a few times but none of them were almost fatal.
Falling In Lava: This just really doesn't come up much lol. I do wanna visit Hawaii though so...maybe?
Having Your Soul Destroyed: I wonder if your soul is responsible for finding things in life you enjoy?
Being Thrown Into A Black Hole: I used to call my mother a black hole because she would suck up any good anyone tried to do, and give nothing back.....not sure if that counts..also I would have then come out of a black hole...not the reverse.

Still decent number of items on the list I have already hit.....only need to fall into lava, somehow survive that and then die of old age and I think I'm good!
