Bernie Sanders was doing this in 2016 with his "free everything" campaign. Kinda like the whole "Mexico will pay for it" thing yeah? Seems to be a pretty common tactic for politicians to promise things they can't possibly deliver. Except Bernie was proposing ways on how to pay for his "free things" while Donnie was just going "uhh.... they'll pay for it... yeah, yeah that's it.
