Topic	Would you eat plant-based "meat substitute"?

The bacon ones I've had were utter trash, though I've heard that they've gotten better over the years. The biggest problem with meat substitutes is that if you're making them at home, they can take a LOT of work to prep. That's one of the reasons why they tend to be more expensive to buy; they can get away with charging more because of the convenience of buying something that's more work than average to make at home. I should really just go back to being a vege/vegan.
