You need:

Salt (any kind), enough to make a decent sized circle with.
3 ping pong balls.
1 stop watch
1 ice cube
1 comb

Somewhere near where you will be working you need to make a circle with the salt that is large enough for you to stand inside. Insure that the salt is thick enough that you can run the comb through it and create multiple lanes (at least 3).

Use the come to make at least 3 lanes in the salt all the way around. Place the ping pong balls in 3 different "lanes".

Get inside the circle. Place the ice cube at your feat and start the stop watch. Do not stop it. Place it beside the ice cube.

Step outside of the circle and continue about your day, you will notice that time seems to be flying by.

It's important at the end of the day that you do NOT forget to return to the circle, enter (Without breaking it) and retrieve and stop the watch. Clean up the circle at that point (And the small amount of melted water).

Bring the watch home with you that night and when you are ready to go to bed, start it, and leave it running. Time will seem to go by slower, so make sure you are sleepy/ready to go to sleep (you won't notice it while sleeping). You will have exactly as much slow time as fast time.

You can do this every day, but don't accumulate too much slow time or bad things can happen. If too much accumulates it starts to overlap which can be detrimental to your mental health.

If the salt breaks btw (for instance someone else finds it and disrupts it), the time will just instantly switch to the reverse until it equals out again.
