She didn't need to air it out publicly at all - or at least not right now - if you believe the sister's post, that he has truly been working on bettering himself, AND Zoe's own statement that he was struggling mentally. Certainly this could have been resolved without someone being pushed to suicide, because their career and social life are over. Its not the victims responsibility to worry about the consequences for the accuser when shes speaking out about his misconduct. He bears all responsibility for the consequences of his actions, whether to her or to himself.
