Topic	In one week I've had to escalate two situations at work

Why are there 3 different systems? That sounds like a unnecessarily complex setup that slows down efficiency. Why can't there be 1 system to check out and be done with? I know LOL. They added a third one last month and most people havent figured it out yet so its led to so many problems internally.
