I think in a country where the majority is overweight/obese picking on people trying to eat healthily as "silly" is a bit suspect. That's the issue a lot of people have unfortunately, government/medical/media misinformation over the years has morphed people's perception about what's healthy. Everyone has the ability to become an informed consumer and learn about proper health and nutrition.
