When I was younger I had a lot of anger management issues, but I learned some coping methods and haven't had problems in years, but today nothing worked. I just got angrier and angrier. Im still a little annoyed and not in a great mood, but I'm also able to just sit down and read and help my mood out a bit. For now I'm just rereading a zootopia fanfic called guardian blue. Fazeo13 posted... Did he perhaps get the promotion you wanted? No lie, I applied but I don't want it. It is a 50 cent raise for 3 times the work. The only reason I applied was because my supervisor he is temporarily replacing took the job and just made me do all the work anyway. So I figured I might as well apply and get the raise and title if I am doing the work anyway. My manager knew I didn't want the job when they hired my last supervisor so they decided to ignore my application and not give me an interview this time around because I didn't want it last time around. There won't be a ninja moment. I let the anger win today, but I'm going in to ask for some time off to get recentered. I'll get a hotel for a few days and meditate, read, and soak in a hot tub while I recover. EvilMegas posted... No one likes being told to do shit they already do. Also you hate your supe. I barely know the guy. He hasn't even officially started as the supe yet. He is still scheduled and training in another department. He seems nice enough. Like I said I normally wouldn't have had a problem doing what he asked, but I just snapped instead. --- I am awesome and so are you. Lenny gone but not forgotten. - 12/10/2015 ...
