| Topic | I think I might be at a tipping point with work |
| slacker03150 08/20/19 12:41:39 PM #1: | My temporary supervisor asked me to do something easy that I do every day without being asked and have no problem doing. But him asking filled me with such rage, I went on lunch, ate a large pizza in 5 - 10 minutes, paced around my house for an hour, ripped my boxing bag down and started smashing it against the ground, grabbed a hammer and started destroying extra furniture I had, I called in and yelled at my manager telling them I wouldn't be able to make it in the rest of the day, and now I can finally sit still but I'm still breathing hard and my heart is still racing. I have no idea what came over me or why I reacted like that, but even trying to take deep breaths and trying to think about the situation rationally wasn't stopping me. It's probably been over 12 years since I have had a rage episode and even then I have never done anything like this. --- I am awesome and so are you. Lenny gone but not forgotten. - 12/10/2015 ...
