Topic	Conservative Steve King defending procreation by way of rape and incest

Just a couple years ago republicans actually would call out someone like King and say he isnt representative of their party. Now theyre terrified though of pissing off the Trump base so they dont dare going out of their way to distance themselves from hateful or ignorant statements. Which is beyond cowardly. Have you seen the state of the democratic party lately? The last thing we need is for the other major party being splintered apart just as hard. It's a case of keeping the ship together until they get to shore, then they can worry about other things. I'm not justifying King at all, but I think it's survival instinct kicking in for the party. Ya sorta are justifying it. I never mentioned the DNC.
