While some answers have like 1000s of upvotes those are really rare. 400/500 upvotes is typically considered a fucking ton for answering a really popular question that a lot of people wanted to know. So either she answered like 75 or so very common but difficult questions or answered thousands of very specific questions that got maybe 3/4 upvotes each. Either way means she's an immense contributor to the site like guys who write thousands of wiki articles.
