As an ingredient, salt. As an additive, generally still salt.


I generally try to avoid it as a ingredient but thats because im heavy handed with it once its put on the table. I vastly prefer to salt food after its cooked. So trying to watch sodium levels and all that. But id never eat thr vast majority of vegetables with out it. Id be stuck to corn and lime beans.
