Topic	Got a warning at work for failing to casually communicate with my coworkers!

In my 4 years here have I never had that! Sure we small talk about work related issues here and there, but most of the time I just choose to not to have other friendly talks because I can't relate myself to these guys (I'm 33, most of them are 55+). This is horse shit. Yeah that is bullshit.
