Topic	Hard boiled eggs are great and easy to make but how to prevent shell stickiness?

I also turned off the heat and removed them, maybe I should keep the heat on and remove them a teeny bit sooner (i.e. set timer for 7:45 instead of 8, but start removing before turning off heat).
