| saspa 08/12/19 2:15:23 AM #5: | Whenever I get a really strong headache or fever I just drink a lot of water and make sure to rest/sleep (I usually end up "sweating out the sickness" away anyway) but I wouldn't take a tylenol. I hear about people unable to sleep so they take that one drug, I think ambien or melatonin pills or something. And as someone who also has trouble sleeping I know better than to rely on those and try to have a lifestyle change to better improve my sleep cycle. Maybe eat foods with melatonin like cherries. I don't know why or when or if I've always disliked pills but I'm wondering why others also don't dislike these pills that we really don't know anything about and just blindly trust our doctor/the pharmaceutical industry. --- ...
