Espresso is good, but Ill usually consume normal coffee with a little milk or something to cool it off. Unfortunately, my body just cannot deal with the caffeine correctly. The rush is good, but about four hours later I want to die. Even decaf has some in there. Whenever Im tired, I have to give myself a pep talk about drinking water and eating correctly instead of reaching for this stimulant. --- You did indeed stab me in the back.
