If there was zero (0) social stigma against it I don't think the number of people who say it just makes them paranoid would be anywhere near what it is currently. People are usually worrying what would happen if people (or authorities) "found out". The puking because you mixed it with alcohol is of course a totally different thing. That's just putting your brain into a state it has no fucking chance of understanding how to handle.
