Sometimes I laugh at this idea because the highest populations of black americans are in these southern states, so essentially those people arguing that the South should be its own country of ass backwards morals so that the rest of the country can be free to continue progressing, would essentially be supporting legitimate persecution of blacks. Allowing them to create their own government would be horrible. Great Migration 2 would happen pretty much immediately in the timeframe between "GTFO, south!" and when the south actually GTFOs.
