Multi-phase music such as Blue Reflection boss songs, Celeste stage songs, or FF6s Dancing Mad, may be nominated either as the OST full version, or as separate parts

So two stupid questions.
1) Does this mean someone could nominate parts 1 and 4 of Dancing Mad separately as two of the tracks for FF6?
2) One of the games I nominated before, Sol Survivor, has a track that, oddly enough, is split on the soundtrack into a part 1, and a parts 2&3. Is nominating just parts 2&3 okay?
