If it doesn't make sense, then it didn't make sense when stated above. Tony was trying to use a personal attack to create a "sick burn". But all it really did was just make a comparison that didn't make sense. It's a nonsensical comparison. It is basically trying to compare that if you are against breaking the law you should be against breaking the law in every situation and if you ever do that your opinion is invalid.
