Biden may not intend to destroy America, but he will do nothing to stop his party from doing so. He is a rather weak and ineffective leader. And his party will interpret any victory to mean that the people support their plans. If the D party didn't see Biden and Hillary before him as their ticket to victory, they would have turned on them with the most vicious attacks.
