Topic	I'm working on something, so time for me to rate VGM.

I see a lot of things act like this is a top Zelda boss theme, and I really don't think so. It does have a lovely flute melody, the beginning is just really awkward and really feels like that guy doing the chugging inspired Spirit Tracks, instead of doing anything good for the Zelda universe. Likely some kind of town theme that probably has a lot of green, so you can feel like just lying in a patch of grass and relaxing.
