Topic	Arv does not cut the plastic rings on 6 packs in protest

While not using plastic bags will not make a difference, it prevents you from being (as large) of a part of the problem. If CA got their freaking public transportation systems going/upgraded finally (freaking bart to San Jose has been in the works like my whole freaking life and i'm old), that would make a bigger difference for sure.
