| Topic | I hate my main job but need the money. Not proud of my attitude |

Do not work a job you hate, even if you have kids, you can find a job (hopefully with the help of a partner also working) that will pay enough to support them, you just might not live in as big a house (or even end up renting a room etc). Sell your car if your making payments, and buy a cheap one, so you don't have to make payments on it. It's not worth working a job you hate, just to drive around something that looks brand new, and honestly you can get cars that look brand new for 3k or so (mine was 3.3k but ended up being almost 4 after taxes and fees etc. It is a 2003 Saturn in perfect condition and I have driven it for 2 years with no problems). Don't waste your life being unhappy, you have a wife, you are lucky, both of you should do jobs you love, and hopefully have time left over to enjoy each other, explore the world (Even if it's on a budget) and have time for your children if you have them. Too many people just keep slogging away in jobs they hate, barely wanting to exist, and hoping things will eventually get better. Make them get better now.
