Its not a racist thing, for the vast majority anyway, but if you are going to higher people to give customer support to someone in another country in a language that isn't their native tongue then you need to make sure people can actually understand them.

That's the thing, I listened to the calls. Any time someone would complain I would have to pull the call see if the complaint was valid.

They just had an accent. It wasn't a call where i was like "damn, wtf is he saying". They weren't getting complaints all the time either.

A lot would be like "Hey my name is ______" and they would be like "Your name is what? Let me speak to your supervisor"
