Topic	What is up with conservative youtubers saying that content is being censored?

Nobody gets censored for a video about wanting lower government spending or lower taxes The only videos getting censored are ones that are racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. So instead of crying about being censored you should think about why you deserve to be censored. All of which are completely based on opinion and change over time. The fact that people can be ostracized for some joke they made 50 years ago shows that these are not valid complaints. It is obvious when you're being racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. Pretending the requirements are vague is not a good defense to saying offensive things. What isnt racist today could easily be racist tomorrow. It is an ever changing definition. Thats why you cant make a rule out of it. Its impossible to comply with. A prime example is Tropic Thunder getting nominated for an Oscar despite it including blackface, which at the time nobody really had an issue with, but only now 11 years later have people been complaining about it. Its ridiculous. Black face hasn't been ok since Jim Crow. I didn't see the movie so can't really comment about it. Changes don't happen that drastically or quickly. If you're really afraid something you said could be considered offensive in the future then perhaps it is offensive now as well. All this deplatforming is just crying wolf.
