It helps if you are a seasoned Linux vet like I am seeing as I do 100% of my work on Linux, this was only natural to just give up windows which wasn't buying me anything anymore. It has nothing to do with how hard Linux is to use. Actually with more user friendly options such as Ubuntu, the switch itself is easier than ever. But there are plenty of great games that work on steam, and video streaming works as well, so if you are trying to just cut yourself off from distractions by switching to them it doesn't work well. --- I am awesome and so are you.
