Unsure why youd find those 2 things objectionable otherwise. Polyamory isn't really a good thing either since it often leads to people getting hurt. It doesn't work nearly as much as the hipsters on the internet would lead you to believe. And it definitely doesn't work in the way people seem to attribute it to "primitive societies" where women were often treated as property in terms of polyamory. Menstruation is whatever though.
