Completing all 6 steps grants you a grand total of 37 gacha pulls, including a guaranteed 3-star or higher stage girl at the end, then it resets back to step 1 and you can do it again. I've only done 2 steps of it so far before the 3-hour timer kicked in and I have to wait to do more, and I pulled these without spending a single gem: The selection of 4-star stage girls is limited (Sun General Maya is the most notable) but even if you mostly get duplicates and memoirs, it's still literally free pulls and resources for very minimal effort. But I got her, and I'm enjoying the game enough now that I would probably stick with it even if I was unlucky enough to not pull Saber Karen when she arrives in a couple of months.
