Assuming there is indeed truth to the OPs article, would you say my conclusion is correct? I don't think knowledge of white privilege should be a "battle". It's an education effort, for people to realize that what you look like can have an effect on how society treats you. And this knowledge is not for people of color. They already know about it and grew up in it. The knowledge is for white folks who ask "why do black people have so many problems with the police" or "why can't that black person become rich like me". It's not ammo in a fight.
