No one got hurt or was at risk of getting hurt. Semen is not sterile. If those kids have had sex(really really hope not), been exposed to contaminated needles/etc.(Druggie parents, negligent healthcare provider etc.) or their Mother had certain STDS when she gave birth to/was pregnant with them its possible an STD was passed on. Also general risk of other infection from bacteria on their hands/penises or from any other infections. Like from a UTI or just they didn't wash their hands recently. Generally speaking most all bodily excretions should be treated as hazardous material and not fucking mixed into pancakes or anything really. Obvious exceptions like semen during sexual relations when and only when CONSENTING ADULTS are the only parties involved.
