When I was cutting sugar out of my diet, removing cereal from my diet was the hardest part haha. I'd been eating cereal damn near every day my entire life... and then you look and see how much sugar is in even 3/4's a cup of the stuff and it's like whooooooooooa.
These days if I do eat cereal, I'll grab a box of special k once or twice a month and it's gone in like 2-3 days... that's how I know I could still easily get re-addicted to the stuff lol
